Logodag Early Melnik 55 - 2021 (750ml) Viner 43 Vineyard Managment: Vase-shaped training systemMade from a local grape variety called Melnik 55, grown in the north Macedonia region of Bulgaria. It was aged for 10 months in small oak barrels and offers dark, bitter sweet plum and mulberry fruit aromas combined with some vanilla and a hint of baking spice from the time in barrel. The mouthfeel is both savory with a hint of nuttiness and fine grained tannin, a touch of mild sweetness to balance things out. This is a great choice for meaty dishes
