This very elegant antique cylindrical silver sugar sifter is by one of England's most respected makers of silver; Elkington & Co. The sifter is in two parts, the top with a turned finial and appliqued gothic inspired Fleur des lis decoration below and the top is pierced with various cruciform & reticulated openings to allow the sugar to be
