Crémant Jubilée Luberon Frank and fine on theVinification: Champagne pressing. The Gales Jubile is exclusively made from the best juices of the cuve. The vinification takes place in stainless steel vats. Foaming and aging for 24 months at a controlled temperature of 12C. After aging, the wine rests in the cellar for 3 4 months before shipment, to allow it to assimilate the dosage liquor. Blend: 100% Riesling Sensations: Pale yellow color with golden reflections. Fine and continuous bubbles.
