Casa Castillo Las Gravas 2020 Palo Cortado een controle en bijsturing opvolgt80% Monastrell and 20% Garnacha. Named after the rocky vineyard where the grapes for this wine are grown. Fermentation in underground stone vats. Autochthonous yeasts are used here too and whole bunches of grapes are added to the tanks.
