Germany, Nsdap. A 1933 East Hannover Gau Honour Badge For Participants certificate_of_authenticity awarded the Iron Cross on(Gau Osthannover Ehrenzeichen). Constructed of coppered and blackened bronze, horizontal pinback, obverse presents with a central raised swastika surrounded by the inscriptions GAUTAG OSTHANNOVER (Gau Day East Hannover) and IM JARHE DER NATIONALSOZIAL. EHRBUNG (In the Year of the National Socialist Rising) while the top displays a Hanoverian Horse and the date 1933, unmarked, measuring 53. 5 mm (h) x 42 mm (w), in extremely fine condition.
