It comes with everything you need like hub end caps and disc rotor spacers. What's in the box: 110mm endcaps x2, rotor shims, longer rotor bolts Note: This is only compatible with TRS and LG1 front hubs. Not compatible with TRS Race SL hubs with hub shell bearing 6902. Only works on SL hubs with 6805
