Intermediary quick change mounting disc for securing resin pucks to mechanical floor grinders. Acts as a sacrificial barrier to greatly reduce wear on the grinder resin mounting plate, while also allowing puck setups to be pre set and quickly changed. Includes an additional flexible backing between mounting surfaces to better conform to undulating floor surfaces.
