This is set on a silver sinamay base which is lined with black with white polka dot satin. It attaches with a wired frame and adjustable hat elastic. This ship headdress would be perfect for Ascot or any occasion that demanded a completely decadent hat! (I made a mask to match this, it wasn't included in the price)
