Set out around a chunky 0. 40ct old cut diamond, it displays a brilliant flash and sparkle, and geometric openwork design surrounds the stone with gorgeous millegrain detail amongst further set diamonds. Two old cuts rest at each side of the centre stone leading to the shoulders, while six further stones
