Constructed of card stock with black ink, the obverse bearing a typewritten name of OTTO MATHEWS, who was born on 10 June 1915 and held the rank of SS Mann with identity number 374359, rivets with a certified studio portrait of Mathews, the reverse stamped with an issue date of 15. OKT. 1940, with a facsimile signature of Reichsfhrer SS Heinrich Himmler and a handwritten signature of an unconfirmed SS Obersturmbannfhrer, pasted with a
