This shows superb texture with the barest hint of vanilla from a brief sojourn through barrel after fermentation and aging in classic eartheware qvevri. Fine and elegant attack on sweet ripe fruits: stone fruit, apricot, peach, pear lemon blended with floral and herbal notes, slight spicy honey. In harmony with each other.
