Footnote: The Battalion was raised in Western Ontario with mobilization headquarters at Windsor under the authority of G. O. 69, July 15, 1916. The Battalion sailed April 29, 1917 under the command of Lieutenant Colonel W. L. McGregor with a strength of 21 officers and 625
