A scarce decoration, in bronze gilt and enamels, featuring a red and blue enamelled five point star with clusters of smooth rays in each quadrant, the obverse medallion presenting the monogram RPR, reverse bearing the date 30 DECEMBRE 1947, measures 46. 6 mm (w) x 53. 3 mm (h), on original ribbon, light wear and areas of oxidation, remains very fine. Contained in the original case of issue, burgundy exterior marked Ordinul Steaua
