It's applied to the concrete in a plastic state to ease the floating or finishing process. Finish Aid allows concrete craft workers to work more effectively. Since Finish Aid is a nano silica applied to the surface, it does not increase water cement ratio. Unlike mono molecular films, the G3 Finish Aid is meant to be troweled into the surface.
