The standard pulleys use a plastic body rotating on a steel axle and are sensitive to dirt, water, and mud which can create excessive friction, lack of precision and even ghost shifting The Shifty features an anodised 6061 T6 aluminium body and a stainless steel bearing which greatly reduces friction and improves shifting accuracy, even
