Instituted in 1919. In silver, engraver marked "E. BECKER" on the obverse, measuring 32 mm (w) x 41. 8 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, embroidered red cross on its original frayed ribbon. 2. Second War French Red Cross Medal of
