Badge in silver gilt, with a Maltese cross in white enamel, interlinking ropes in each quadrant, the obverse centerpiece illustrating a standing Saint Raymond in blue, red, and white enamels, holding a book, a disk halo in yellow enamel around his head, wrapped around the bottom of the figure sits a blue enameled banner with the words IN JURE MERITA, measuring 47 mm (h) x 47. 7 mm (w).
