The wine is aged for up to 6 months on the lees to give it a lovely full body. I think that this wine is incredibly stylish, with an exotic floral bouquet that unleashes an explosion of tropical fruit flavours on the palate. TASTING NOTES: Based on equal parts Grenache Blanc, Picpoul Blanc, Bourboulenc,
