Galil Mountain Blanc de Noir 2020 Hertenbiefstuk Diseases are controlled with naturalA refreshing wine with a pale yellow color. With a velvety texture, the wine displays characters of rose and peach blossoms, sour cherries and a hint of fresh grass. The characteristics of the red Grenache grape are preserved in this invigorating spring like wine. The grapes are manually harvested and rigorously selected, then gently pressed from full bunches. The grapes underwent about three weeks of fermentation at temperatures between 12 18oC.
