This blend is then aged for 4 to 6 years in large oak vats and casks. The result is an intense ruby colored Port with violet reflections. On the nose, it reveals notes of wild berries, spices, and figs. On the palate, it opens smoothly and finishes dry, with a surprisingly vibrant acidity. This late bottled
