An Order Of Dannebrog, Commander, C,1882 Archive Fabricated from a fine sapphireChristian IX (1863 1906); In Gold with red and white enamels, with the crowned cypher of Christian IX (1863 1906), weighing 36. 2 grams inclusive of its ribbon, Danish assay marked with the three towers for Copenhagen and marked "82" (1882) on the loop, 40 mm (w) x 78. 5 mm, on its full length neck ribbon, tiny chips evident in the red enamels on the obverse of the arm at 6 o'clock and on the reverse of the arm at 3 o'clock, near extremely fine.
