Los Javis Mezcal Cerrudo Joven 750ml BRAZIL Caskmates IPA is born fromA smooth and mild tasting Mezcal that has been made from Maguey Cerrudo in the heartland of Mezcal, Santiago Matatlan. Made using traditional methods: the agave hearts are crushed in a horse drawn tahona and have been roasted in underground ovens before being fermented with airborne yeast and double distilled in copper pot stills.
