A civil engineer badge, constructed of silver, the obverse consisting of double overlaid oval laurel and oak leaf wreaths, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a double headed Imperial Russian eagle clutching an orb and sceptre and bearing a central national coat of arms, situated above a plaque bearing a triangle flanked by a crossed axe and shovel, the reverse with two visible
