The Vibram trail running outsoles are designed with extra heel shock absorption, decent toe flex and 5mm grip lugs for the traction you need off road with a 4. 5cm heel and a 3cm heel to toe drop. We chose to make them with a Strobel construction the upper stitched directly to a soft textile base, with the sole bonded underneath which keeps
