2019 Elvio Cogno Montegrilli Nebbiolo Langhe DOCG, Italy (750ml) Valpolicella Classico Sourced from several of Larkmead'sWINEMAKER'S NOTES: The 2019 Langhe Nebbiolo Montegrilli is a terrific wine that faithfully represents what a young and drinkable Nebbiolo means. One third of the wine undergoes carbonic maceration in order to remove some of the tannic astringency and focus on primary fruit aromas. Crunchy small red berries and a hint of white pepper go together with silky tannins, freshness and a wonderful mouth watering feeling.
