Although the size and shape are the same, the Dirty Dave Pad is slightly thicker, consisting of a 5 8 inch thick neoprene pad. Unlike the alligator style closures on other knee pads, the closure system of the Dirty Dave is a nylon loop system which allows you to double the strap back on itself, for a greater range of adjustment.
