This was the way that Japan decided to release the fabulous leader Starscream transformer mold, and not in a main line release. Although just an over glorified redeco, this version of the toy is highly sought after due to its rarity and extremely screen accurate make over. Almost all over versions of this sculpt include the tattooed deco of Starscream seen in Revenge of the Fallen and
