Germany, Luftwaffe. An Officer’s Dress Dagger, With Hanger Auction 11 on September 21(Luftwaffe Offiziersdolch mit Dolchgehnge). A well preserved Luftwaffe Officers dress dagger, measuring 430 mm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 265 mm long polished magnetic steel blade with a sharpened tip and edges. The blade is fully unmarked. It sits securely within a silvered alloy upper crossguard, the obverse of which presents as a finely detailed Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with the seam covered
