Lithuania, Republic. An Order Of Grand Duke Gediminas, Ii Class Star, C.1935 Hold Overall VF(Lietuvos didiojo kunigaikio Gedimino Ordinas). Instituted in 1927. Type II. (1930 1940 Issue). The star of the order, in silver, consisting of nine multi rayed arms, obverse centre with a white enamelled Maltese Cross in saltire (i. e. "X" shaped) with a group of three gilt rays in each quadrant, obverse centre with presenting the Columns of Gediminas, one of the national symbols of Lithuania, reverse with typical hooked pin assembly, measuring 79.
