Old Friends art-code-DAS-003 opal and onyxGeorge was working on this sculpture that depicted a man he had watched feeding the birds while he was in Florence Italy on a Fullbright Scholarship. A friend came in and said he knew a man that looked exactly the same. The next day the friend brought the man into Georges studio and darned if he didnt look just like the man in the sculpture. The only thing different were his shoes, which George switched to wingtips to match the man that came in with
