Delicate citrus fruits on the nose and mouth. Chteau Demiere was founded in 1936, on the right bank of the Marne Valley, in the heart of historic Champagne. Their vineyards are composed of the classic three grape varieties of Champagne (50% Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay). The current owner, Jerome Demiere, is a dynamic 40 year old, 3rd generation, winemaker.
