A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic measuring 398 mm (w) x(Orden vom Zhringer Lwen, Ritterkreuz mit Eichenlaub Miniatur in Gold). Instituted 26 December 1812 by Grand Duke Karl Friedrich. (1866 1918 issue). Constructed of 14K Gold with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a narrow Cross Patte with its arms joined through the quadrants by arabesque latticework, the obverse with green enameled arms, bearing a central white enameled medallion with a detailed and hand painted depiction of Zhringen Castle,
