A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic which came under the administrationConstructed of gilded brass, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf weath, joined together at the bottom by a ribbon defaced by Cyrillic initials ( Riga Polytechnical Institute), surrounding a double headed Imperial Russian eagle clutching an orb and sceptre, in turn bearing national and regional coats of arms, the reverse with a threaded lug retaining an original backplate and nut, unmarked, measuring 45. 54 mm (w) x 56. 98 mm (h),
