The three leaves are set with large Siberian amethysts, oval faceted and approx. 21 carats each (!!), that display a wonderfully rich and vibrant purple hue and excellent transparency. Four diamond accents are nestled between the amethysts, including a central old mine cut, and the little stem is set with graduated rose cut diamonds. A
