Set in the tuff and surrounded by bricks, it was renovated in 1998 by Giuseppe and Giovanni Poggiali who invested in steel vinification technology and expanded their production phase by introducing cutting edge machines which however did not stole the soul of the cellarman's trade, jealous and lover of his wines.
