Les Sorts Jove 2025 Pedro Ximénez 100% TreixaduraGarnacha Tinta, Cariena (known locally as Sams) and Syrah. Carbonic maceration in an oxygen free environment. No wood ageing. This Les Sorts has all the typical aromas of a wine made in this way: very fruity with strawberry and raspberry tones. Still, it's nicely concentrated and flavoursome. Rounded, fresh, very soft, especially for the 'hard' grape that is Cariena.
