State of Emergency offers three new challenges: the Hunterlands Challenge, the Emergency Events Challenge and the Superbug Challenge. In the Hinterlands Challenge, the virus spreads to people from animals. In the Emergency Events Challenge you make smart use of quarantine to prevent the global spread of the disease. The Superbug Challenge introduces a fifth disease that threatens the world and is untreatable.
