These indicators are necessary to avoid the LED indicators blinking too fast slow compared to the stock indicators. This is only necessary when replacing an incandescent bulb indicator, and will not be needed when replacing an LED bulb indicator. The resistor fits in series with the KOBRA LED wiring and no cutting splicing of
