With the cuve ROUND, nothing about this cuve is fundamentally different from its twin, except for the plots where the rye used to distill it was grown. Here we are on the slopes of the Vulson the rhyolitic stone extinct volcano from which our spring water gushes in a small parcel on the Hautes Glaces farm.
