A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic measuring 41 mm (w) xA very fine example of a South Africa campaign private purchase Cawnpore style helmet and characteristic of those helmets worn by Canadians throughout the war and to the beginning of the First War. Manufactured by Muir Cap & Regalia Ltd, Toronto, with a khaki multilayered canvas covering with green interior and a fine makers plate in red with leather liner and red silk interior. Interestingly, the cotton period patch on the left side of the helmet is
