Constructed of gilded and silvered bronze with enamels, the obverse consisting of a red enameled shield, perforated at three corner with holes for rivet attachment, overload by a silvered insignia in the form of a laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a glider, surrounding a central German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika defaced by a date of 1933, bearing Saxon
