Georgian Amethyst & Diamond Solitaire Ring coral This particular piece features CupidDATE: Georgian, c. 1830 A superb late Georgian solitaire ring dating from the 1830s. The principal stone is a gorgeous Siberian amethyst set in a partially fluted open backed mount and flanked on each side by a pair of old mine cut diamonds. Modelled in 15 karat gold with silver settings around the diamonds and split shoulders typical of the period.
