Finished for over 6 months in an ex Sauternes wine barrier to obtain notes of honey and apricot. Another great example of this light and gentle Speysider, this time enhanced to perfection by an ex Sauternes barrique. This further maturation offered a delicate dryness and spicy notes as well as hazelnut croissant, bitter orange and flower honey. Region
