Constructed of brass, the obverse bearing raised Sig runes, topped by an inscription of N. S. V. (Nationalsozialistische Volkswohlfahrt National Socialist Peoples Welfare) and a date of 8. 4. 34, unmarked, measuring 23 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
