Pair Antique 18thC Italian Baroque Carved Polychrome Putti Angels Statues 1700 Drawings & Prints TraditionallyA fine and large pair of early 18th century Baroque polychrome and parcel gilt putti angels, Italy, circa 1700. This very attractive pair of Italian baroque putti are of large size, they are finely hand painted, each putto being a true left and right with their arms outstretched, they both have gilded sashes draped over their shoulders and upper thighs. The putti hang on the wall and have a metal hook to the rear. The statues are made from limewood
