Elegant and fresh on the palate with notes of bright red fruit, firm tannins, and a long finish. TASTING NOTES: Pouring a youthful red color, the 2021 Barolo is not shining as brightly at this tasting and has more muted notes of mushroomy earth, worn leather, raspberries, and thyme.
