Constructed of cupal, the obverse consisting of an SS style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code M1 72 for Fritz Zimmermann, Stuttgart, measuring 69. 52 mm (w) x 32. 69 mm (h), both of the reverse attachment prongs are missing and moderate loss of silver finish is visible throughout, in very fine condition.
