Wed love this paired with a full flavored pan seared scallop and mushroom risotto, a spicy plate of drunken noodles (Thai), or coconut curry chicken spice also preferred. Deliciously fruit forward and dry, this bottle can handle something both rich and hot! Mouthwatering grapefruit and ripe peach, and cassis shine on the palate, and the acidity is balanced with lovely floral notes.
