Vinification in stainless steel vats to keep the freshness of its aromas in the wine. Foaming and aging for 18 months at a controlled temperature of 12C. After disgorging, the wine rests in the cellar a few months before shipment, to allow it to assimilate the dosage liquor. Blend: 100% Pinot Noir Sensations: Salmon color.
