The frames are constructed from a CNC milled 6061 T6 aluminum extrusion profile, which is finally treated with a surface hardening anodized finish. One way steel alloy axles mount directly into the threaded frame walls, reducing weight and complexity. A nylon patch is bonded to the threads, adding friction to resist loosening from
